Rolled Thread

TMO

TMO-series screws achieve low-cost and precision with a precision-rolled metric trapezoidal thread. Materials employed are carbon steel (S45C) for the shafts and cast bronze (BC-6) for the nuts. These screws are widely used mainly in Japan and also in Asia. RoHS-compliant nuts are also available on request.

TMO-RL

TMO-RL feed screws have a right-and-left thread at center. Carbon steel (S45C) is employed for the shafts. These screws are used widely in such applications as the opening and closing of doors.

TMFON

These flanged nuts are cast bronze (BC-6) and are used with such feed screws as the TMO series. RoHS-compliant products are also available on request.

TMON

These plain cylindrical nuts are cast bronze (BC-6) and are used with such feed screws as the TMO series. RoHS-compliant products are also available on request.

Cut Thread

TMF

Precision feed screws of standard shaft stock dimensions with a cut metric trapezoidal screw thread (JIS B0216). To satisfy a wide range of requests, this standard product comes as a set with a nut to which additional processing can be applied. Employing a cast bronze (BC-6) nut has improved resistance to wear and lowered the coefficient of friction, thereby enabling long-term usage. Lapping can also be applied as required. RoHS-compliant nuts are available on request.

Precision Thread

TMFG

Made-to-order feed screws consisting of metric (M) and trapezoidal metric (TM) screws to which hardening and cutting are applied. Nuts are flanged. RoHS-compliant nuts are also available on request.
