Shafts
CS
CS-series shafts are surface-hardened straight solid shafts made of bearing steel (SUJ-2). Additional processing is possible in areas other than the hardened layer.
SCS
SCS-series shafts are surface-hardened straight solid shafts made of martensitic stainless steel (SUS440C) or equivalent material. Additional processing is possible in areas other than the hardened layer. They are suitable for when protection from rust is required.
PCS
PCS-series shafts are surface-hardened hollow shafts made of bearing steel (SUJ-2). They offer enormous advantage in lowering system weight and energy consumption. The hollow center of the pipe may also be used for enclosing control equipment cables or oil tubes, therefore enabling compact and elegant system design.
OP
OP-series shafts are used as slide shafts for SB-OP and SLS-OP, or combined with rails to form the SG series. Surface treatment and additional processing are possible. OP-series dimensions allow use of SR-series support rails.
NP
These custom shafts include specially-machined shafts, machined pipe shafts, machined stainless steel shafts, and hard chrome or other surface-treated shafts. They are special shafts made for specific ball bushing applications and have undergone processing such as stepped thread cutting.
SR
Shaft support used mainly in combination with SG-series units. Made of an aluminum alloy.
SRY
Shaft support used mainly in combination with SGY-series units with a side opening and which come with a rail. Made of an aluminum alloy.
